It looks like UFC 200 is going to have a very different tone now that Jon Jones has been removed. Just last night (Wednesday July 6, 2016) we learned that ‘Bones’ failed a United States Anti Doping Agency (USADA) test.

With the ‘potential violation’ came the shattering of many fan’s hopes. Jones was originally scheduled to rematch Daniel Cormier in the UFC 200 main event, but now ‘DC’ is left without an opponent and Jones’ future is even more uncertain.

Is it time to say goodbye to the bad guy of MMA? Quite possibly, but there may be more to the story than we know at this stage. The problem is this is not Jones’ first, second or even third time of getting caught up in trouble.

He’s had multiple DUI’s, a hit-and-run incident in New Mexico that led to ‘Bones’ being stripped of the title, two failed drug tests in his last three fights and many other unsavoury happenings.
