According to Ali Abdelaziz, he’s just signed the greatest Irish fighter in the UFC…
Controversial manager, Ali Abdelaziz, has signed someone he claims is the best Irish fighter in the UFC. Naturally, he couldn’t wait to fire a few shots Conor McGregor’s way over the move.
Abdelaziz heads up Dominance MMA Management. He represents a slew of famous fighters including Frankie Edgar, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Fabricio Werdum, Renzo Gracie, and many others. He runs the company out of New York and frequently gives expletive-laced interviews to media outlets on his clients’ upcoming fights.
While Abdelaziz is most likely pleased with his new signing, most of his focus these days is on the upcoming bout between Tony Ferguson and his fighter, Khabib Nurmagomedov. The winner of the fight most likely earns a “red panty” fight contract with Conor McGregor for an undisputed title. As a result, Abdelaziz stands to make a considerable amount of money should his client be victorious next month.

Ali Abdelaziz on Khabib versus Tony
Abdelaziz is not worried about Khabibs upcoming bout with Tony Ferguson. He offered up the following prediction for the bout:
“We’re gonna beat Tony. We’re gonna stop Tony in three rounds. Khabib’s probably gonna retire undefeated because he’s gonna beat Conor, he’s gonna beat Tony, and he’s probably gonna say ‘Bye-bye.”

Frankie Edgar is another client of Abdelaziz’s. As a result, Abdelaziz ripped Conor after news broke the UFC lightweight champion offered to save UFC 222 by fighting Edgar.

“Let me tell you about Conor McGregor,” Abdel-Aziz said. “He’s like a prostitute, used to make high-dollar money, but she got old and nobody wanted her anymore. This f*cking guy. For three years, he did everything he can not to fight Frankie Edgar.
“He had so many opportunities. Now he wants to fight Frankie? That’s funny.”

Joe Duffy Signs with Ali Abdelaziz
Calling Joe Duffy the best Irish fighter in the UFC will naturally antagonize Conor McGregor fans, which was most likely his intention.
Duffy is 4-2 during his 3-year stretch in the UFC thus far. James Vick TKO’ed him in the 2nd round of their bout from UFC 217. Duffy’s most famous victory, however, is his 2010 victory over Conor McGregor. The bout took place in Cage Warriors. Duffy needed only 38 seconds to submit Conor via arm-triangle. It was Conor’s 6th pro fight and 2nd loss.
Duffy signed a 7-fight contract with the UFC last summer.
