He Might Not Hold a Belt Right Now, But Conor McGregor is Still the King of MMA for Now… He’s Got a Message For All of His Rivals and Especially Khabib Nurmagamedov and Paulie Malignaggi…
Conor McGregor isn’t exactly the easiest man to get along – especially if you’re one of his rivals. He makes it his business to antagonise people as much as possible. If you’re booked to fight him, you can expect him to arrive late to every press event and to insult you in a variety of different ways.
Paulie Malignaggi and Khabib Nurmagamedov have unique relationships with the Irishman. Malignaggi never fought McGregor officially but fell out with him after footage from training together was released on the internet. Meanwhile, Khabib brutally dispatched of ‘The Notorious’ in November.
Now McGregor has released a message for his haters, telling them not to be ‘broke b**tches.” See the full post below.
Let the record show. I like Paulie Malinaggi.
Here is a confrontation between us regarding a picture he was upset about.

Slammed
McGregor really doesn’t have time for Malignaggi’s whining. In fairness, ‘The Magic Man’ has a reason to be aggrieved because what happens in training should stay in training. Since then the two men have had numerous back-and-forths, and the pair has been linked to a boxing match. McGregor posted across his social media, linking the video below. This is what he wrote:
“Let the record show. I like Paulie Malinaggi. Here is a confrontation between us regarding a picture he was upset about. Yes you heard that right. A picture. I told him here to his face. “Don’t be bitching.” Common knowledge I would think for a fighting man. Don’t be a bitch, bitching. The same thing I said to khabib at the end of round 3. My round. Don’t be bitching! Every single round bitching to the referee. He was even bitching in the fourth round from mount position. It baffled me.
If anyone should have been saying anything to the referee, it should have been me in that 1st round. That round he held onto my legs for four minutes straight. With zero activity. But a fight is a fight who gives a f**k. Crying to the referee like a proper bitch. I was trying to dig my fingers into his Adams Apple. Many individuals in the fight business, I have learned lately, are absolute bitches. I know you’s are broke boys. But don’t be broke bitches.”
Reaction
Do his arguments really stack up? No, of course not. But that doesn’t matter when you’ve got millions of dollars in the bank. It’s a bit of a waste of time targeting Khabib though, especially when McGregor took the worst beating of his career in the second round of their fight and eventually tapped out to a neck crank.
Meanwhile, Khabib posted the image below to Instagram, with the caption:
“If one of us go to the war, We all go to the war…but it’s different story. Deeds will always be above words.”
Comeback
If you’ve been following McGregor’s career, you’ll have heard that line before. He first immortalized the words “If one of us goes to war, we all go to war,” when he defeated Dustin Poirier in Boston. That’s pretty ruthless of Khabib to throw them back at him.
Both McGregor and Khabib are out of action until the Nevada Athletic Commission decides how to punish them for their actions at the UFC 229 post-fight brawl.
