Taekwondo Champion
Joe Rogan doesn’t just know about fights because he comments on them all the time, he knows about them because he’s competed in them. While he has never had a mixed martial arts contest, he has had amateur kickboxing fights (2W-1L record) and is a highly decorated taekwondo competitor.
Rogan won the state of Massachusetts full contact championships 4 years in a row, and won the US Open lightweight championships and open weight grand championships.
