Nick Diaz

Unlike his younger brother Nate, Nick Diaz is not a traditional southpaw striker. He’s famed for his ability to swarm an opponent, picking them apart with a massive output rather than heavy shots. It’s way more likely that he’ll win by TKO instead of KO. The elder Diaz is actually right-handed, so when he fights southpaw, his stronger hand is in the lead.

With the power shots coming from the front, it means that the opponent will be rattled if they take too many hits and that leads to him taking them apart and getting the win. His opponent might not realize how hard Diaz’s jab is until they’ve taken too many and suddenly they’re compromised. It’s a unique and very effective approach from the Stockton man.
