4.) Korean Zombie puts Hominick’s Lights Out
Chan Sung Jung has earned the nickname The Korean Zombie for his ability to wade forward after taking heavy damage. His 2010 fight against Leonard Garcia at WEC 48 won Fight of the Year honors. The two fighters unleashed brutal punishment on one another for 3 action packed rounds. Sung Jung ultimately lost a very controversial split decision, that most fans and media pundits scored for The Korean Zombie.
KZ faced former title challenger Mark Hominick at UFC 140 in December of 2011. Hominick was known for his superb striking skills. Hominick’s resume however, didn’t matter to Sung Jung, as he made quick work of the former kickboxing champion and tied a UFC record for fastest knockout in the process.
