1. Chael Sonnen – Money Laundering
You might be saying “Money laundering isn’t a talent”, well I disagree.
In 2011 Sonnen pled guilty to money laundering and was fined $10,000 and sentenced to 24 months probation. Sonnen also had to forfeit his real estate license. It seems Sonnen was involved in some shady business dealings that involved sketchy real estate purchases.
While Sonnen was found guilty in this case, his plea deal prevented him from being charged in 5 other suspected cases. The way I see it, that means Sonnen got away with money laundering 5 out of 6 attempts, that’s a pretty darn good batting average.
