3. Ljubo Jalovi vs Alex Trofimov

Russia and eastern Europe has produced some of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time. Fedor Emelianenko was once considered the greatest heavyweight in the world, and is arguably the greatest heavyweight of all time. Khabib Nurmagomedov is the uncrowned lightweight champion, and he is from a small Russian village. It is rumoured that Khabib even once wrestled a bear as a child as part of his martial arts training. That’s how hardcore Russian fighters are. So when there is a combat sports event happening in Russia, expect it to be pretty vicious.

This knockout is from the Tatneft Cup in 2014, from Kazan, Russia. Jalovi was a top ranked Serbian fighter and Trofimov was a champion in Israel. They met in the Russian kickboxing tournament in 2014; the bout would finish as conclusively as any bout can.
