UFC 268 will take place in New York’s world-famous Madison Square Garden arena on November 6, 2021, with a host of stellar contests slated to take place on the fight card when the weekend arrives.
There is no denying that the event of the night belongs to the one that is being billed as the Main Event, with UFC Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman going up against Colby Covington once again and looking to end the dispute currently going on between the two fighters.
The first bout between the pair, which took place in December 2019, saw Usman come out victorious although some would suggest that it was the closest and the most difficult fight that the defending champion has ever had to compete in so far in his career. Perhaps unsurprisingly, though, given the result of that contest, the “Nigerian Nightmare” is touted as the favorite to win the fight on Saturday night.

Who are the sportsbooks backing to win their fights?
When trying to identify a winner, there are going to be some contests on the UFC 268 fight card that are going to be a lot more difficult to try and predict the favorite. Indeed, that is something that Dana White has looked to try and achieve as UFC returns to Madison Square Garden for the first time in a couple of years.
However, when taking a look at what the sportsbooks believe will happen, it seems many of them have been able to provide odds that could give bettors a hint about what to expect when the action in the Octagon unfolds.
As mentioned, Usman is considered to be the favorite to win his fight with Covington, whilst Rose Namajunas is only believed to be a slight favorite to defend her title successfully against Weili Zhang.
Justin Gaetje is expected to overcome Michael Chandler, whilst Marlon Vera should overcome Frankie Edgar in their contest. Sportsbooks have Nassourdine Imavov the favorite, whilst Shane Burgos should also come out on top. Bobby Green is expected to defeat Al Iaquinta, whilst Camur and Allan could go either way. Alexsandro Pereira is a heavy favorite to overcome Andreas Michailidis, as is Ian Garry in his encounter against Jordan Williams.
