UFC commentator Jon Anik made a recent appearance on Submission Radio when the promotion went down under for UFC Fight Night 85, and he had a very interesting opinion on Conor McGregor. Check out the video:
“In terms of the featherweight division, I’m never a fan of guys cutting a bunch of weight,” Anik said. “You’re seeing what Robert Whittaker has been able to do at 185 pounds even though he was very successful at 170. I don’t like guys cutting too much weight, so I’d kinda like to see Conor vacate the title and fight at 155 or higher going forward.”
“I think my days of tattoo bets are probably over,” Anik Said. “At least when it comes to picking pay-per-view winners.”
