Nice hand speed by McGregor, who seems to get the better of Cowley in the exchanges. Cowley is also an Irish MMA prospect, having recently joined the gym Conor McGregor trains at, SBG (Straight Blast Gym) Dublin.
Cian is also a Muay Thai fighter, holding the ISKA title in his weight class. This isn’t the only well known fighter that McGregor has sparred though, as he faces a professional boxer in the next video.
