MMA vs. Boxing, who wins?

UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor is caught up in a whirlwind of crazy media attention at the moment. Having last fought and lost at UFC 196 against Nate Diaz, the 145-pound champion’s future in mixed martial arts is currently uncertain.

What we do know is that ‘The Notorious’ is involved in talks of a fight involving boxing great Floyd Mayweather. Much against the wishes of the UFC and the terms of his contract, McGregor has been heavily linked to a boxing match against ‘Money.’

So with ‘The Notorious’ making no immediate plans for his next UFC fight or first featherweight title defense, we are left with a number of social media posts from McGregor, and that’s about it.

He’s been teasing fans about his rumoured boxing debut against arguably the greatest boxer of this era. After being pulled from UFC 200 for missing one press conference, McGregor is also trolling the promotion in a big way.

But now some footage has leaked of McGregor training in the boxing ring with a world champion, and the sparring match shows some skills that were perhaps telling of his future plans…
