This Could Only Happen in the Sunshine State… Watch as the Easter Bunny Defended an African-American Woman by Beating Up a Florida Man…
In one of the weirdest stories of the week, an incident went down in Orlando, Florida, where a man dressed as the Easter Bunny got involved in a street fight with two other men. Obviously, he forgot that this is supposed to be a time of celebration as the most important date in the Christian calendar.
Maybe he ate too many chocolate eggs and got a bit of a sugar rush because he went crazy after rushing to the aid of a woman who was having a bit of back-and-forth with a man. That’s when Antoine McDonald got involved. By the way, he insists that he’s not a violent person.

Bizarre
This street fight is as crazy as they get. It starts off with a white man and an African-American woman having a bit of spat. Then suddenly he’s on the ground dragging out of her as she swings wildly at him. That’s when our Easter Bunny friend got involved, on his way from a local bar.
He waded into the action and starting swinging his fists wildly in what can only be described as surreal imagery. We haven’t seen a rabbit this menacing since Frank from Donnie Darko. Then a police officer arrives on the scene. You can only imagine what he must have been thinking.
Not Violent
For his part, McDonald insists that he is not a violent person. He insists that he was defending the woman’s honour and has no regrets about getting involved and protecting somebody that he believed to be vulnerable. We’re not exactly sure about that, because the dude on the ground didn’t look like he was having a fun time either way.
“I am the type of person to avoid fights by any means necessary, but in that situation, I would fight any day. The guy was, I don’t know if he was bullying her or what, so then I see him spit on her and she starts hitting him and everything.”
“I am going to say that I am happy so that people know that they just can’t spit on African-Americans. Especially African-American females and think that it’s OK.
Deserved it
The Easter Bunny man also said that he was ready to be arrested and had accepted his fate when the police officer intervened. He said:
“The thought went through my head when the cop came over, but you know I didn’t leave. I didn’t run. I said, ‘You know what? This man deserved it.’ You know, if I have to be arrested for this to prove a point that this shouldn’t be happening, then so be it.”
As it turns out, the local law enforcer didn’t arrest anybody. He broke the fight up and sent them all on their way. Then he probably shook his head and said that he doesn’t get paid enough for this level of crazy.
