It’s crazy to think that Conor MGregor’s lightweight title fight with Rafael dos Anjos is only a month away. UFC 196 will go down on March 5th, with two massive title fights to offer fans. Women’s bantamweight queen Holly Holm will look to defend her title against Miesha Tate on the same night.

As usual with any event featuring McGregor, the trash talk has been very heated. ‘The Notorious’ even accused dos Anjos of betraying his home country of Brazil, and said he would behead the lightweight boss.

It’s not really like ‘RDA’ to talk trash, and the lead up to this fight is no different. He remained pretty quiet at the recent UFC press conference for the historic pay-per-view event, but it’s clear there’s a lot on the line at UFC 196.

The pride of his home country, and his fallen fellow Brazilian Jose Aldo is at stake. ‘The Notorious’ made mincemeat of ‘Scarface’ at UFC 194, and has since trashed dos Anjos and his King’s MMA team mate Fabricio Werdum at ever given opportunity.

All this seems to have motivated dos Anjos to levels we’ve not seen before, and this brand new training footage shows him in beast mode. Check it out:

Could Conor McGregor have bitten off more than he can chew here? ‘RDA’ looked incredible when he won the belt from Anthony Pettis, and even better when he smashed Donald Cerrone in Orlando. Now he appears very motivated for his second title defense.
