The dream opponent, this would be like Masvidal only without a budget. ‘The Notorious’ fought Nate Diaz twice so the family has a history with the Irishman. We might not get the trilogy but throwing Nick into the mix would be a superb curveball. Once again, McGregor would get the chance to be the first man to beat both of the brothers.
The press conferences would be fascinating. Nick has more magnetism than his brother but is also more withdrawn so it would be phenomenal to see how he would react to McGregor’s trash talk. Finally, it would be a huge payday for both men and if you want to motivate somebody, then that should be enough.
