2. Josh Barnett
Josh Barnett recently took USADA to an arbitrator and got his 2-year suspension reduced to a public warning. He wasn’t so lucky in 2001 and 2002.
Barnett failed a drug test after UFC 34 and was given a public warning. Despite the failed test, Barnett was given a title shot in his next fight against Randy Couture. Barnett won but was stripped of the title for once again failing a drug test. Despite never attempting to defend the title and being stripped due to a failed drug test from the fight he won the title in, he’s still listed as a former champion. It just so happens it makes him one of the worst champions of all-time.
