
7. Travis Browne
Browne never set out to be an MMA fighter. First of all, he was playing team sports in college, with a particular love of basketball keeping him active. When he started a K-9 training business, he turned to Muay Thai to keep fit. In 2007, he started training in BJJ.

Incredibly, just two years later he would make his professional debut at Cage of Fire. He’d go on an eight-fight winning streak and earn his spot on the UFC roster. After losing his last four fights, he was advised to retire by Dana White. At least Browne is married to Ronda Rousey.
