Michael Bisping has not been shy in his criticisms of Dan Henderson’s previous TRT-exemption, especially considering Hendo was on TRT when he knocked him out at UFC 100. Only now Dan Henderson has fired back that Bisping is the one whose body has undergone more changes over the years.

Bisping has been vocal ever since the era of USADA drug-testing began, stating that it is no coincidence that he has become the middleweight champion once more advanced drug testing entered into play.

Considering that Bisping’s career record includes pivotal losses to PED-poster boys Chael Sonnen and Vitor Belfort, it is easy to see why he is a little bitter.

But the PED issue is even greater with Dan Henderson, as he really is the godfather of TRT exemptions in MMA. He was the first high profile fighter known to receive the exemption back in 2007.

Henderson was only 36 at the time, not generally considered the age where a man needs to boost his testosterone levels, unless he has a history of steroid use that is.

“I was taking TRT when it was legal and really wasn’t taking much. That’s why I think it’s funny. I think his body has changed more since we fought the first time than mine has. He looks a lot bigger and a lot different now than he did then. I look about the same except for maybe a little grayer here and there.”  Hendo stated to media.

Luckily there is a real easy way to see if Hendo is right or not, and we’ve got all the evidence anyone ever needs.
