2015 was an incredible year for MMA fans, and featured a host of amazing fights, finishes, and title upsets that rocked the boat in the UFC. One of the biggest upsets of all-time, let alone last year, was Ronda Rousey vs. Holly Holm.

The previously undefeated bantamweight queen Ronda Rousey was scheduled to fight the boxing boss broad Holm in the main event of UFC 193, and the odds makers were giving the most lopsided betting lines we’d ever seen.

What transpired in Melbourne, Australia on November 14 will go down as one of the craziest events of all time. At UFC 193, ‘The Preacher’s Daughter’ shattered the UFC’s biggest PPV draw at the time, knocking Rousey out with a monstrous head kick.

Then there’s the amazing slugfests, one featuring Travis Browne and Andrei Arlovski at UFC 187 for instance. The incredible battle will go down as one of the best heavyweight fights ever.

Then all the craziness of Robbie Lawler and Rory MacDonald’s UFC 189 fight came to light, and that was truly an immense war. Lawler’s legend grew as he faced a gritty Carlos Condit at UFC 195 in January 2016, producing an early candidate for FOTY.
