Conor Mcgregor and Dustin Poirier officially make WEIGHT

Just one sleep away from Conor McGregor returning to the Octagon to face Dustin Poirier. The fight is now official as both fighters made weight and had a face-off during the weigh in. McGregor made championship weight of 155lbs and Poirier made 156 lbs which is still allowed as it is not a title fight.

McGregor looks in tremendous shape considering his inactivity inside the octagon. His last fight was only last year and fought once back in January against Donald Cerrone. He thinks that 155 lbs. is his natural weight division and is ready to take the crown once more.

Poirier looks shredded compared to his previous fights. He may have cut a lot of body fat to be efficient with his performance. Poirier’s last fight was against Dan Hooker is also fighting against Michael Chandler as their co-main event.

The co-main event fighters also made weight. Dan Hooker weighed in at 156 lbs. and Chandler weighed in at 155 lbs. Chandler is looking to make his much awaited UFC debut and Hooker plans to spoil it.

Although the card may not be as stacked with big names as other PPV cards, According to Dana White it is trending bigger than the Khabib vs Conor. That may be known as the McGregor effect where he just has that It Factor that makes people watch him fight.

It is gonna be a fun card that people should expect fireworks. What better way for the UFC to have their first PPV to be headlined by Conor McGregor himself. As for Mystic Mac’s prediction it will be an early finish so don’t blink but hopes to have it on the later rounds to prove the doubters about his conditioning.
