3. Not Letting Randy Couture Corner His Son
When Randy Couture signed on as an ambassador with Bellator, Dana White used it as an excuse to prevent him from cornering his own son, Ryan, during his brief time in the promotion.
Ryan Couture lost fights to Al Iaquinta and Ross Pearson in 2013, and his father Randy wasn’t allowed to corner him in any of the bouts. While fighters and coaches signed to other promotions are frequently permitted to second UFC fighters in their bouts, Dana went out of his way from preventing Randy from being in his son’s corner for his only 2 UFC fights.
Ryan has since gone 2-2 in Bellator.
