4. Shane Del Rosario
Shane Del Rosario won his first 11 fights before arriving in the UFC. Unfortunately losses to Stipe Miocic and Pat Barry would cause his UFC career to start off 0-2.
Del Rosario suffered cardiac arrest on November 26th 2013 and was taken off of life support on December 9th 2013. Del Rosario had a heard condition that caused two heart attacks to occur which then brought on the full cardiac arrest he suffered. A toxicology report also showed cocaine and opiates in his system at the time.
He was 30 years old when he died.
