Wanderlei-Silva

1. Wanderlei Silva

When Wanderlei Silva made his UFC debut in October of 1998, at the promotion’s first ever event held in Brazil, he was already a veteran of 6 vale tudo fights.

While Chuck Liddell would only ever have the one fight in the IVC, Silva would fight six times for the promotion, only losing once due to a cut above his eye. After his quick loss to Belfort in his UFC debut, Silva re-grouped and went on to win the IVC light heavyweight championship, the first title of his career.
