The Headhunter puts his opponents’ lights out with a perfectly timed right hand
Paul Buentello is a true veteran in mixed martial arts. The Texas native began his career as a heavyweight in 1997, and fought for the UFC Heavyweight Title against Andre Arlovski in 2005 at UFC 55, losing by knockout just 15 seconds into round one.
Buentello has fought for the UFC, Strikeforce, Affliction, and King of the Cage, where he held the KOTC Heavyweight Title.

The Headhunter continues to compete in mma competition. Judging by his most recent fight, he doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon at the ripe age of 42 years old.
He was given the aforementioned nickname “The Headhunter” because of his tendency to axe kick opponents in the head during his early martial arts career.

Buentello faced off against former Bellator heavyweight fighter Eric “The American Soldier” Prindle at Abu Dhabi Warriors 4 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Prindle threw a leg kick that Buentello timed perfectly to land a crushing overhand right. Prindle’s body went airborne and completely stiff as he fell to his back.
