3. Stipe Miocic vs. Alistair Overeem – UFC 203 (1st Round)

Stipe Miocic should never have to pay for a drink or meal in the city of Cleveland ever. Before Lebron James won an NBA championship for the city, Stipe Miocic walked into Brazil, knocked out Fabricio Werdum, and took the UFC heavyweight title back to his hometown.

The win earned Miocic the opportunity to defend the title in his home city against perennial top contender Alistair Overeem.

This fight was arguably one of the most exciting in the history of the division. A minute into the fight Overeem tagged him with a straight left and looked to lock in the guillotine. Miocic recovered and proceeded to chase Overeem for the next minute. Overeem tagged him a couple more times however, but Miocic kept charging forward, and with under a minute to go he took him down and beat him up inside his guard until the ref stopped it. Cleveland went crazy.
