UFC Heavyweight Champion, Francis Ngannou is confused as to why a Youtuber that has a record 0-1 is having a bigger pay than a UFC champion that fought numerous times and for so many years. To top it all off, it was not even an official fight but rather an exhibition match for 8 rounds.
It's crazy to think that Logan Paul (0-1) just made $20M on a boxing exhibition.

It is crazy to think that Logan Paul made $20M, that type of money is so big that even veteran fighters could dream of achieving even if you count all their career fights combined. That is how massive Paul’s pay compared to MMA fighters that have been in the company for so long.
Even the most dominant champion like Jon Jones couldn’t reach this amount of money and that he is considered by many as one of the greatest fighter of all time. Only two fighters could pull of these type of numbers and those are either Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Although it is also worth noting that even Boxing champions could not generate that amount of pay in their fights. Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather simply have a huge following that their own personal fans are willing to stay tune and watch them fight.
Obviously, hardcore boxing fans think it is a joke but at the end of the day it is all about entertainment. There were a lot of negative reactions to the outcome of the fight, saying it was fixed or boring. Many wanted to see a knockout and unfortunately it did not come. Paul had so much weight advantage it helped him absorb the clean strikes Mayweather landed.
