2. Josh Rosenthal

In 2013 Josh Rosenthal was sentenced to 37 months in prison for his role in a large marijuana growing operation.  That’s way worse than what the NSAC did to Nick Diaz.

The prison sentence stemmed from an April 2012 raid of a warehouse that was owned by the famed MMA referee.  Inside the warehouse was an estimated $6 million worth of marijuana plants.  Rosenthal could have received as much as 10 years in prison.

After his arrest but before he began serving his sentence Rosenthal continued to referee fights and simply declined comment anytime someone asked him about the charges.

He was released in March of 2015, 18 months earlier than expected.
