Granted, Royce Gracie isn’t exactly broke. His net worth is estimated at $5 million. Considering he helped build a company that was sold last year for $4 billion, it’s still justifiable that Royce feels a little short-handed in the deal.

As it is, Royce never managed to break the $1 million mark in terms of his fighter pay. What he earned in seminars, gyms, sponsorship and free drinks he’s been bought has obviously tipped the scale upwards quite a bit however.

The next time Tyron Woodley complains about his pay, it should be pointed out that he has already earned close to double ($1.5 million) what Royce has throughout his career in terms of fighter’s purse money.
