4. John “Prince” Albert vs. Erik Perez TUF Finale

John Albert really needed a win in this fight. He was 1W-1L in his UFC career at that point. There he was trapped in a submission hold, but not willing to tap, then to his horror Kim Winslow stops the fight anyway.

His arm fully extended by Erik Perez but it did not break and he did not tap, yet somehow Winslow stopped the fight.

White didn’t say much about the stoppage, but he made it clear he wasn’t happy about it.

“Just an FYI, John Albert will get his win bonus after the ridiculous stoppage by Winslow,” White tweeted.
“Always cleaning up after bad reffing.”

Unfortunately the loss stays on Albert’s record.
