Vitor Belfort
This one is just a little too easy. Actually Belfort does have a victory while fighting under the new USADA testing program, its just that it was over Dan Henderson who was also fighting for the 1st time in awhile without being able to use TRT. Belfort received a TRT exemption in 2012.
In his last fight Belfort lost to Jacare Souza.
It’s really hard to see Belfort being competitive anymore at the level were used to from him considering he turns 40 in less than a year and has been relying on PEDs for pretty much his whole career.
Juiced up Belfort was a fun fighter to watch, it’s too bad he’s gone forever.
