Tim Sylvia admitted to using steroids after defeating Gan McGee at UFC 44, and was stripped of the UFC heavyweight championship. Sylvia admitted that he used the steroids in an attempt to burn off body fat and “look good”. Well Tim, it didn’t work and you got caught.
Sylvia would bounce back from the test failure however, and nearly 3 years after being stripped of the title would defeat Andrei Arlovski at UFC 59, winning the title for a second time.
