1. Georges St. Pierre- $25 Million
It might be surprising for some fans to learn that Georges St. Pierre is the most financially successful fighter of all time, but its true. Technically GSP never even main event’ed a PPV that did over 1 million buys. He was the co-main event of UFC 100 (Lesnar vs Mir 2), which did 1.6 million buys, but we’ll never know how much of that was for Georges and how much was for Brock.
GSP’s top drawing fight of all time was UFC 158, when he successfully defended the welterweight title against Nick Diaz in Montreal. That show did just under a million buys. His second highest grossing fight was against BJ Penn at UFC 94. He also drew what had been the highest paying gate in UFC history (up until UFC 205 beat it) at Rogers Centre in Toronto, when he defeated Jake Shields at UFC 129.
A good portion of GSP’s net worth has come from sponsorships, most notably with Under Armour. It is also said to be those sponsorships which are preventing GSP and the UFC from coming to terms on a new deal and a comeback.
