UFC middleweight contender Nat Marquardt could well have seen title glory, even after his first failed attempt against Anderson Silva. His first failed drug test came in 2005 for nandralone, and again in 2011 for elevated testosterone.

Although he did win the Strikeforce welterweight title after he was releaed by the UFC, he’s gone 3-5 since his latest failed drug test.
