Like the man at the top of this list, it almost feels like cheating putting Anderson Silva here. ‘The Spider’ is one of the slickest, most skilful strikers to ever fight in MMA. He’s the most successful middleweight champion in the history of the UFC and there’s a good reason for that.
In his prime, nobody was able to handle him. Possessing an incredible ability to read his opponent’s intentions, he used sublime head movement to roll with their punches and then shoot back with a counterattack. While he did consistently switch stance, Silva is left-handed and most effective from southpaw.
