Sometimes you don’t do what everybody thinks you’re going to. Jake Butler had it all. A collegiate wrestler at Princeton University where he earned a degree in economics, you’d think he was well on his way to a safe, comfortable and lucrative career but after two years on Wall Street, he had enough.
Butler decided to pack it all in and move to South-East Asia where he joined Evolve MMA in Singapore who were looking for a wrestling coach. Now he’s a professional fighter himself, competing for ONE Championship in the Light-Heavyweight division. What a turnaround.
