Joe Lauzon is a veteran of 20 UFC fights, and the record holder for the most post fight bonuses ever (13) in the promotion’s history. It’s fair to say he’s a pretty badass dude. ‘J-Lau’ posted a video of his exploits at the gym today, featuring a dude carrying a little extra body armour.
