Oh, Conor McGregor. Where do we even begin with ‘The Notorious?’ The Irishman became the first UFC fighter to hold titles in two different weight classes at the same time. Now, it has to be said that he was basically allowed not to defend his featherweight strap for a ridiculous amount of time to let him get the lightweight belt.

After going 350 days without defending the 145lb belt he had it taken away from him. Fair enough, you would think. Lightweight was his most natural division anyway. Nope. A total of 511 days without defending the lightweight title saw him unceremoniously dumped by the UFC. He could have been a legend.
