Michael Bisping vs. Dan Henderson

During The Ultimate Fighter Season Michael Bisping made himself public enemy No.1 with his UFC 100 opponent Dan Henderson and many fans as he repeatedly sought to antagonize his rival.

By the time the fight loomed on the horizon the bad blood between the two had reached boiling point and Bisping was seething at the suggestion that Henderson might knock him out on the night.

“I have been competing in martial arts tournaments and fights since I was eight years old, and I’ve never been knocked down, and I’ve never been knocked out – so if Dan Henderson thinks he’s going to stop me, he’s living in a dream world,” Bisping told The Mirror newspaper in the UK.

Of course those words would come back to haunt Bisping at the blockbuster UFC 100 event when he fell victim to one of the most brutal knockouts in UFC history as Hendo landed a vicious H-Bomb punch that knocked him out cold, then ruthlessly jumped down and landed a final devastating elbow to the head as he lay unconscious.
