4. Silva Hasn’t Had a Full Camp

When asked if he was in shape for the short notice fight, Silva said that he “had not really been training that hard”, which seems to indicate he’s not coming into this fight in the best condition.

The other telling piece of evidence regarding Silva’s lack of fitness coming is that he wanted it to be a 3 round fight.  When Bisping was lobbying for the fight with Cormier he wanted it a title fight at 5 rounds, but the rumour is that Silva didn’t want a 5 round fight feeling he wouldn’t be in good enough shape for it, thus we have the light heavyweight champion fighting at light heavyweight without the title on the line at UFC 200.

Silva not wanting the fight to be scheduled for 5 rounds, even if it means giving up a shot at the title is strong evidence that he is not in good shape at all.
