You can’t out-train a bad diet, so no matter how hard you hit the gym if you aren’t conscious of what you are putting in your body, you will not reach your full potential as a fighter.
Even if you don’t train or have any interest in being a fighter, you can still benefit greatly from eating like top-level fighters eat.
Many athletes and fighters have their own theories around diet and nutrition, but often you will hear a few basic principles that are mentioned more than others.
For fighters those include sticking to lean meats (nobody ever lost a fight because they didn’t eat enough greasy bacon), eat smaller meals more frequently (to stay lean) and eat lots of organic vegetables.
