Kale
Kale tastes like mowed lawn sprinkled with mint but its super healthy for you. Loaded with antioxidants, calcium, iron, potassium, vitamins A, C and K, Kale is a necessary inclusion on any fighters roster of vegetables.
In addition to the general nutrition it provides, kale is an excellent anti-inflammatory, and with high levels of vitamin A can improve vision, making it easier for fighters to see strikes coming at their face.
