Now before we look at Systema in a negative light, there are a few practitioners who can use this martial art effectively. On the whole though, this blend of Krav Maga and no-touch rubbish is about as fake as it gets.
Any time you see a martial art demonstrated on a compliant student, putting up no resistance whatsoever, you know it’s a crock.
