2. Conor Is In Floyd’s Head

We don’t know to what degree this matters, but Conor is definitely in Floyd’s head.

Most athletes, including amateurs, know how this feels. An opponent has done something which gets you riled up, you get overly aggressive, you slip up, and then you lose.

Some say this is what happened to Jose Aldo. Normally not one to charge forward early in a bout, Aldo was incensed at Conor for all that he had said leading up to the bout. Conor ended up dropping Aldo just 13 seconds later.

Whether Floyd can stay calm in the face of Conor’s boasting and trash-talking or not might just decide who wins this bout.
