Peacock Walk-in / Foaming At The Mouth
With his chest sticking out, hands on his hips and elbows flared out, Sanchez once again stepped into the Octagon in a unique fashion at UFC Fight Night 167 as he began strutting like a peacock.
Stranger still, during his fighter announcement Sanchez then began a bizarre rapid-breathing exercise that had color commentator Daniel Cormier exclaiming that he was “foaming at the mouth” and “bubbling.”
One man who was not impressed by Sanchez’s antics was his opponent Michel Fereira, who stated later that, “Diego Sanchez entered the Octagon like a rooster and left like a chicken,” after ‘The Nightmare’ chose not to fight on after being hit with an illegal knee in the third round, leading him to be awarded a DQ victory in a bout he’d been getting dominated in.
