Sanchez’s “Yes!” chant proved to be the gift that kept on giving when he chose to show off the evolution of the mantra during an episode of ‘Countdown To UFC 107’ before his title fight with BJ Penn.
Sanchez then proceeded to rapidly cartwheel down a hill while shouting “Yes!” at the top of the lungs, much to the delight and amusement of MMA fans worldwide.
