5. Conor McGregor vs. Steve O’Keefe

It’s interesting to note that Conor needed 3 attempts to make weight for this featherweight fight in Cage Warriors.  This was Conor’s second fight for the promotion, having fought his first at lightweight.  Conor has always looked pretty dehydrated at weigh-ins for 145lbs, don’t be surprised if he doesn’t go back down to that weight class.

Conor had been fighting in small shows throughout the end of 2010 and the 1st half of 2011 before signing on to fight with Cage Warriors.  Once arriving on a bigger show Conor would start a winning streak that wouldn’t end until UFC 196.
