Jon Jones is headlining UFC 232, so naturally, chaos has erupted. After one of his test samples was found to contain traces of Turinabol, the Nevada State Athletic Commission refused to grant him a licence to fight in Las Vegas, where he was meant to take on Alexander Gustafsson in the T-Mobile Arena.
USADA, the UFC’s anti-doping partner, has released a statement that states they do not believe that ‘Bones’ has cheated and that this is just a remnant from his 2017 drug test failure. That’s why the fight will move to the Forum in Inglewood, California, on less than a week’s notice. Here are some of the best reactions on Twitter to what was a frankly ludicrous situation.

Cheat
People seem to be divided into two camps. Some are adamant that there is a conspiracy against Jones and that he remains the GOAT. The other side is that he is a serial cheat and that this is just the UFC trying to desperately salvage a situation where they stand to lose a lot of money.

Fan Reaction
Needless to say, a lot of fans aren’t happy about what’s happened with less than a week to go until the event. The UFC doesn’t seem to care at all that Alexander Gustafsson is Swedish, and will have a large contingent of travelling fans who will suddenly either have to cancel, just stay in Las Vegas, or struggle to find last-minute travel plans. Well, scratch that – they don’t seem to care about Gustafsson, because they made this decision without consulting him.
