WATCH: MMA Fighter Sprays Bodily Fluids At Opponent During Weigh-In

A bizarre and somewhat disturbing incident happened this morning (Friday June 24, 2016)…

We all know that weigh-ins for fights now days are less about weight, and more about creating some drama the night before the contest. It’s a proven model used by all the big promotions.

Some confrontations are clearly staged, others such as the UFC 178 media day brawl between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier seem a little more authentic. At the end of the day, you have two adrenaline fuelled beasts waiting to go at it ad sometimes they get impatient.

You can’t say that these heated scuffles and brawls aren’t entertaining, but arguably most of them are safe viewing for the workplace. The same cannot be said for the subject of today’s article.

It features two Filipino gentlemen who are scheduled to fight tomorrow (Saturday June 25, 2016) and things got very out of hand when they met on the scales (as you’ll see on page 2).

The men involved have a very strange story behind why they were booked in an MMA fight against each other. The resulting video  the next page shows what happens when these weird fights are booked.
