4. Rashad Evans
Rashad Evans was a one and done champion but its the way he was “done” that gets him featured in this article.
Evans defeated Forrest Griffin for the championship at UFC 92 in 2008. He was then epically KO’ed by Lyoto Machida at UFC 98 in a moment which will live forever in MMA lore. Machida knocked out Evans as clean as it gets and put the former champion to sleep up against the cage.
Evans would challenge for the title once more in 2012 when he dropped a decision to Jon Jones.
