Best Trash Talk Of The Week: Dom Cruz & Donald Cerrone Go NUTS!

You have to admit that a good trash talker is always fun to watch. Well these two just went nuts at TJ Dillashaw & Conor McGregor, winning the award of ‘best trash talk of the week.’….

We have been so caught up in the fever around UFC 194 this week, that it’s been easy to forget about the huge title fights still to come in the next few weeks and months. One such awesome fight is the second instalment of Rafael dos Anjos against Donald Cerrone, which goes down this weekend.

‘Cowboy’ takes on ‘RDA’ for the Brazilian’s lightweight championship on Saturday December 19, as the UFC on FOX 17 main event from Orlando.

Another title fight flying under the radar is TJ Dillashaw vs. Dominick Cruz for the UFC bantamweight title. The two will square off at UFC Fight Night 81 on January 17th 2016, and there’s a great backstory behind this fight.

Labelled as ‘The People’s Champion,’ Dominick Cruz is one of the most technical and well rounded fighters in the sport’s history. In 2014 he was forced to vacate the bantamweight title he’d held since the WEC days due to injuries and surgery, but came back with a rousing TKO against Takeya Mizugaki in September of the same year to earn his shot against the new champ Dillashaw.

‘The Viper’ took over the division in Cruz’s absence with a shocking upset TKO over Renan Barao, who was being dubbed the pound-for-pound king at the time.
